Gearing up for their inaugural London Design Festival, Italian furniture brand Novamobili (founded in 1953) will be exhibiting their latest compendium of design wares — which includes functional chairs, an occasional table and modular storage system alongside a selection of bedroom furniture.
Also collaborating with Ben Mosley on an flamboyant project, the British abstract expressionist artist has transformed two chairs from the Doll collection into works of art; painting both British and Italian landmarks onto the otherwise muted pieces of furniture — highlighting the two countries’ reputations as design influencers.
The showcase at 100% Design will also see Mosley paint new works live onto their Alfa wardrobe, as well as create original artworks throughout the week at the Novamobili stand.
