Designed by long-term collaborators Morris Adjmi Architects, the ’boutique apartments with hotel perks,’ are located within the new Water Street development, a 56-acre urban community on Tampa’s waterfront; introducing an elevated option for long term stays on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
