Street Feast, Dalston Yard

Famed street food night market brings good-times assurances to the flaky British summer...

As we continue to steamroll our way through the unpredictability of the great British summer, one thing we can count on is the culinary high jinks supplied by the guys at Street Feast, who — having transformed disused Tube stations, breweries and car parks into renowned night markets since May 2012 — are settled for the summer in Dalston Yard.

Open every Friday and Saturday until the last weekend in September, join the masses who flock to chow their way down on food from traders like Hank’s Po’ Boys; Born & Raised pizzas (created in a converted Land Rover Defender); Aji Ceviche; and the utterly stupendous tea-brined, buttermilk soaked, twice-battered fried chicken from Mother Clucker. Naturally, you’ll build up a thirst checking out all the fare on offer this year — rest assured … there’s a whopping 12 bars on hand; serving beers, wines, spirits and cocktails ensuring all boxes are ticked.
