Zoretsvit brings a new rhythm to Lviv dining, transforming a former auto mechanics garage into a 250 square metre restaurant where contrasts define the experience. Designed by Replus Bureau, the project balances high-end cuisine with the pulse of the city; shaping a venue that feels both refined and raw.
Inside, the open kitchen forms the heart of the space, its energy softened by warm lighting, curated music, and an emphasis on natural wine. Seating flows across flexible zones: two podium areas with modular tables for groups; a kitchen-adjacent corner framed by greenery; a tasting bar; and a bold architectural statement at the centre, a striking red onyx cube, its glow amplified by a wine cabinet behind that showcases the restaurant’s commitment to Ukrainian winemaking.

Materials play a defining role at this stellar new Lviv hotspot. A century-old parquet floor retains traces of its original orange paint, larch beams are reimagined as a bar counter, and antique Austrian doors nod to the past. Even functional details — wardrobes styled like dry-aging cabinets, a sleek stainless-steel bar that extends into a floating cabinet, and a single streamlined office station — are presented as bold design statements.
Zoretsvit’s approach to hospitality reflects this same spirit, its atmosphere managing to be both dynamic and intimate. With its glowing centrepiece, reclaimed elements, and open celebration of Ukrainian wine and cuisine, Zoretsvit presents itself as a contemporary touchstone and bold reference point for Lviv’s evolving dining scene.
