Casa Cook brings laid-back luxury to the Italian Alps with its first mountain retreat, opening summer 2025. Known for its signature blend of relaxed luxury and earthy minimalism, the Casa Cook brand heads for higher ground with the opening of Casa Cook Madonna, its first mountain property and debut Italian location.
Opening in June 2025 in partnership with TREASURESTS Hospitality and JP Hospitality Investors Club, this adults-only sanctuary is conveniently situated in the village of Madonna di Campiglio, in the heart of the Dolomites, just a few hours drive from Verona and Milan’s Bergamo airport.
A year-round escape for alpine adventurers and design aficionados alike, Casa Cook Madonna pairs the raw beauty of its mountainous setting with a warm, pared-back aesthetic shaped by Casa Collective and Remo Masala; the brand’s original visionary. Natural materials, earthy tones and clean lines shape the interiors, while subtle alpine accents and curated artisanal details echo the surrounding landscape.
With just 50 rooms, guests can expect an experience that invites connection with nature. During the winter months it’s all about snowshoeing across the terrain, carving down glacier-lined slopes, or jumping on the nearby ski lift, just a three minute walk away. Come spring and summer, the Dolomites trade powder for panoramic hiking trails, crystal lakes, and wine-fuelled afternoons. For those who prefer the more leisurely activity, yoga sessions, spa rituals and catching mid-summer rays await back at the hotel.
Casa Cook’s philosophy of wellness and connection extends to the plate, too. The on-site restaurant will be helmed by none other than Jacob Jan Boerma; the three Michelin-starred chef crafting an inspired menu that fuses local flavours with creative precision.
