Guests and locals are treated to a comprehensive choice of food and beverage options here: Central Standard, an American bar and grill with an emphasis on prime steaks and seafood; the 12-seater Japanese restaurant, Otoko, that blends Tokyo-style sushi and Kyoto-style kaiseki into a unique tasting menu; Café No Sé, an all-day venue offering seasonal breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch; and Mañana Coffee, a casual space with rotating specialty coffee, cold-pressed juices and fresh-baked pastries.
