With the purpose of wheeling out great design in front of a larger audience, The Poundshop are back with a pop-up garage sale at Somerset House; now resplendent in all its Christmasness. From today until Sunday you can bag yourself old season stock, prototypes, and samples, from over 50 designers … priced between £1 and £100; a cracking opportunity to snap up what you didn’t, or couldn’t, the first time around.
BAT STUDIO were called in to design the space within The Lancaster Rooms, from which the products of young and emerging designers — and better known names (Craig&Karl sunnies; prints from HelloVon) — will be sold throughout this four-day shopping bonanza. Entrance costs £3.
