Experimental screen printers examine digital to analogue processes in new London exhibition...

Luke Frost, Jon Rundalland Therese Vandling = Heretic; Heretic = an ‘experimental screen printing studio’. The London-based outfit toy around with all manner of creative output, from record sleeves printed by hand to aural/visual works.

From Thursday until 15 January, the trio will be expanding on their latest undertaking at Broadway Market cultural work/play space, Stories; the London Fields spot with a “drinking and thinking” philosophy.

Spectral Nation investigates the complexities that lie within simple, clean imagery — the evolutions and revolutions that the process from digital to analogue entails; distortions between the screen and screen-printing celebrated in intriguing screen prints that push the medium’s boundaries. Exhibiting brand new works at the E8 creative space, Heretic will be manipulating the show as the months pass; expect subtle changes to a studious theme.
