The Hospital Club Rooms

Nurse your flagging spirits with a stay at The Hospital Club's new guest rooms...

London creative hub The Hospital Club has expanded its operation by adding 15 guests rooms to its already impressive list of reasons to visit. Aimed at creative and media industry types, the Club’s mission is to provide first class facilities for creating, collaborating and connecting by day, and now members don’t even have to go home when the evening comes around (non-members can book the rooms, too).

The building was once St Paul’s Hospital, and a cracking restoration job on the formerly-derelict property has nursed it back to rude health, aided by Russell Sage Studio. As well as primary selling points such as screening rooms in the larger guest rooms rooms, a quick scan down the list of amenities reveals what is described as “an erotic mini-bar” from Holloway Smith Noir; we’ll let your imaginations run riot on that one, just don’t discharge yourselves early. For singleton guests, or those married with kids, nights can be spent gawping at the Ultra 4K TVs that are standard in every room. At 7pm each night a bartender does the rounds with the medicine trolley, offering in-room bespoke bartending service for guests opting for a suite, but those looking to make best use of their brain cells rather than killing them off with booze may instead prefer to make use of the brain power tool kits from the inspirational folks at School of Life.
