As for the look of the brand’s first outlet, and the juices may be green, but the copper remains shiny and unoxidised. The metal light fixture is the most eye-catching feature of a calm interior which leans towards natural materials like wood and slate – all embellished with a branding that echoes the interiors’ minimal sophistication.
